Quick First Call

We start with a short call where you briefly tell me about your business, what you do, and what you would like to improve.

This helps me prepare before the full consultation, understand your industry, and come with ideas, examples, and recommendations that actually fit your business.

The first call can be simple and informal — just a few minutes to understand where we should start.

Free Consultation

After that, we meet for a more detailed consultation. We can talk through Google Meet, Discord, WhatsApp, or another convenient platform.

During this call, we discuss your business, goals, current problems, ideas, and future plans. You do not need to know exactly what kind of website or digital solution you need — I will help you understand the options.

Together, we define what should be built, what can wait, what is most important, and what solution makes sense for your budget and timeline.

Clear Project Plan and Invoice

After the consultation, I prepare a clear written project plan.

It explains what will be done, what features are included, what services may need to be connected, how long the work may take, and what the final price will be.

I send this project plan together with the invoice. If everything looks good, we move forward. If something needs to be changed, we can adjust the scope before development begins.

Initial Payment and Content Preparation

To start the project, you make a 20% upfront payment from the agreed project price.

At this stage, you provide the materials that need to appear on the website, such as photos, information about your services, products, and tools, descriptions, pricing, and other important details about your business. You do not need to prepare perfect copy on your own. We develop the text together: I help organize the information, refine the wording, and present it in a clear and professional way for your customers. Since you know your business best, the key facts, service details, and working terms come from you.

Important: the project timeline depends not only on development but also on the timely delivery of content, information, and approval of agreed changes. Delays in providing the necessary materials or feedback may result in a corresponding adjustment to the completion date.

At this stage, I may also ask for the information needed to register or configure things properly — for example your business name, contact details, domain preferences, business email names, hosting account, or service accounts.

Important: domains, hosting, business tools, and accounts are created in your name whenever possible. You stay the owner of your website and business assets from the beginning.

Sometimes we may need a short call together to activate a service, confirm an account, register a domain, or complete a payment for hosting, domain, server, or third-party tools.

Development and Regular Updates

After setup, I start development.

You choose the communication channel that is most convenient for you — WhatsApp, Telegram, email, Facebook, or another platform — and I keep you updated on the progress regularly, usually every working day except weekends.

You stay involved in the process. I may ask for your feedback on the domain name, business email names, logo ideas, website design, photos, content, business cards, colors, structure, and other details related to the agreed project scope.

For example, if you need a domain, I can research available options and suggest several strong alternatives.

My goal is not to disappear and come back with a surprise. I want you to see the progress, feel comfortable, and have a chance to guide the project while it is being built.

Final Review and Launch

When the work is ready, I show you the final result.

You review the website or solution, check the pages, forms, design, content, and main functionality. If everything matches the agreed project scope and you are happy with the result, you pay the remaining balance.

After that, I publish the website, transfer the necessary access to the accounts created for your business, and provide the project files or code when applicable.

I also explain how everything works in simple words, so you are not left confused after launch.

Support and Future Growth

After launch, we can discuss ongoing support if you want help keeping the website updated, adding new content, improving pages, managing technical updates, or growing the project over time.

Your website does not have to stay the same forever. Later, we can add new services, pages, forms, payments, booking, automation, social media support, analytics, or other features as your business grows.

At the end of the project, I will ask you for a short and honest review.
